Rudy Mookich is a character from Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain; his role on the show was Elmyra Duff's neighbor and crush, essentially replacing Montana Max. He always suspect that Elmyra's pet mice, Pinky and The Brain, are able to talk. He also owns a pet snake named Tonk.
