Looney Tunes is an animated comedy series that originally began in 1930 as a series of theatrical cartoons. It lasted until 1969, by which time many of the cartoons were repackaged as television shows based around compilations of older cartoons with some occasional new animation segments to tie the cartoons together.
Beginning in the 90s, television programs were being produced which were based on the characters from the original theatrical cartoons but focused on original stories rather than repackaging the cartoons. Some of these shows would air on Kids' WB!, some having already aired prior to being broadcasted on the block while a couple others premiered there.
